Overview
A good sized legion with a relaxed view to the game. Our members tend to help others either with artifcats, credit or advice. Some of our players are very casual and only show up to cash in the daily awards and base payouts. That is ok, to a degree, and as our legion grows along with our allies, base and involvment, we are asking for more of our members to be more active.

We have room to grow and soon, may be a little more critical about who we let in or cutting inactive players more often. Our ranking is varied between highs and lows, which I like as we help the more casual players, which I, NOS482, consider myself to be. Our bonus is a big deal, as we have an even split so that many of the lower level members can improve more effectivley and contribute sooner.

Goals-the 5 year plan
It is important to me and many others that the legion, as a whole, feel like there are included. If a someone does something to jeapoardize some of us, they do it to us all. Mistakes happen, but that is why we have such an open policy about advice and assistance. Learn from those that have done it before, ask them questions man, we won't laugh.

Until recently, I thought that research was the biggest deal followed by energy production, you know, to do missions. I was so wrong. Combat is a big deal in this game and that is not to say that you couldnt be just a pure researcher or mission completionist but to fully enjoy the game, you gotta get them guns. There are many tutorials out there about your build and if you don't have one in mind, I suggest asking around before you are level 250 and have less than a 500 attack and defense.

Artifact production is a HUGE deal, as it can be traded into credits or Complex Tech Parts, which is crucial for many things, base expansion among them.

Got a planet you dont want, post it. Someone lower level than you may need it. Got a full helping of planets? Post some good ones and help out some others. Need help protecting a planet you just conquered? LET US KNOW, we are all on the same team and I know that if I need help, I get it. So can you but you gotta let us know.

Communication is key. Chat drop a line every know and again, send some random person some arts, whatever. Show the legion that you are involved by communication.

To note, we want people to play as they like but for those that want more meat, we want that too. I am not going to 'force' anyone to be more active and if that day comes, we will have an alternative set up.

Leadership Roles
Not in the 'Do as I say' form of leadership, but the 'what can I do to help those in my legion' kind of leadership. Until Galaxy Legion has different titles for different roles, assume everyone is there to help everyone, but those 'Leaders' and 'Officers' are there to see the bigger picture and make things smoother for the more casual players.

If you are going on vacation though, let a leader or officer know so we dont boot you for inactivity cuz that would suck for all.

If you have deep pockets, let a leader know and we will see about getting gp for base items, so that way everyone benefits. If anything, we can work out some sort of deal.

Our rule about going inactive is that you have to notify a leader ahead of time, because otherwise you will be kicked to make room for others who wish to be in and stay active.
