they also copied the legion description word for word, including the lvl 300+ limit

it's not like you'd be able to attack their leader...
he's too low lvl for even a 300 to hit

You should've let them keep the name and had them pay you guys tribute. Something ludicrous like 75% of their combined resources for the remainder of the fiscal year or something to that extent.

Wow! They DID copy you guys down to the last feature! Oh man! I would be heated if anyone did that to my legion! I think I'm gonna disable these posers whenever I run into them. It's the only fair thing to do. I would hope others would do the same for me.
