we also run a democratic ( tho tri-umverate is closer) government and change is implented as demand rises. if you want officer position you have to earn it.

just an update we have 6 slots left, and then we will be at 54/54. we will build our last docking ports if need be but otherwise the xts 9 will sit in cargo
