 Newly formed legion, looking for Zolazin players and if you join will get a sign on bonus, but all in all anyone can join but must be active and have the ability to communicate!

No offense, but all the zolazin are already in most of the top legions. To start a purely zolazin legion you will probably have to accept others that are willing to become zolazin later on.
