Cosmos, a new legion is recruiting

This legion is less than a week old. We currently have 16 members, ranging in rank from 1-235, though most are under level 15. I am looking for members, any level, though this would probably benefit lower levels more.
Base is currently level 2, working towards level 3. Equal production sharing M-F & based on % S-SN.
