Limited (like 3, well maybe 4, ok 5 if we stick the base thingy back on) places are available for someone with tenacity, raw animal magnetism and basic hygiene skills in a legion that is super serious about going somewhere*.
With half our legion over rank 200, Red Dwarf is looking for you.... if by 'you' we mean someone who likes to have a bloody good time in the game, possesses a fine sense of humor, is of sufficient rank, is a kind and gentle soul, knows the implicit GL rules of fair play, likes pina coladas, getting caught in the rain..... and is a regular player. In fact, that's pretty much the only policy we have remotely remembered to stick to - we let inactive players go after a really extended grace period, and after having formed a collective, argued back and forth, then got "orders signed in triplicate, sent in, sent back, queried, lost, found, subjected to public enquiry, lost again, and finally buried in soft peat for three months and recycled as fire lighters."
Seriously, and much to our complete surprise, we've been a top 50 legion pretty much ever since there was a top 50 legion list, we have a soon to be level 5 base, and while we are quite proud of all that it's almost incidental to us having a really good time in this game. You can be PvP, NPC, planet stealer, missionier, raider, base smasher, or just hang out for a chat and a cuppa if you want to. We don't want your first born (in fact I recently booted mine from the Dwarves because he was being just SUCH a teenager!**), we just want you to be an active part of what's going on, help your fellow members, and have a chat on the comm when you're on.
