If you're a two person legion then why not come over and join Coadym? It's much better to be in a full legion especially with base combat. We have a Level 5 base which gives us lots of extra research points. Our CT Lab has a few useful discoveries. Average rank is 199 and we're in the top 50 legions.

The other advantages and much higher planet defence. We also have 2 or 3 Zolazin Sabateurs for better invasions. NPCs are posted pretty much every day. There's advice shared on the legion comm.
