I think its totally stupid,
Planet sales have become very very common, regardless if you are a leader or a member.
It is a different story if you target a legion selling only their planet.
Of course you are talking about a very shallow story, amusing there is nothing else to the story.
Exmp.
You scan a 5x massive, you sell it. No biggy.

On the other hand,
If you sell a planet thats your's and then resale the planet as an enemy.
Or alert the planet to a legion or friend, leave and sell it.

Those are good examp of times when you may be shot.
Declaring war on a legion is a weird move. Personally, id just zero the seller, and steal all their planets xD (or sell them xD)
