Why did EotS join the Triumvirate?

The way it looks to the rest of the community who are outside the Tri was that POTC got weak, and got told to pack their sh#t and move on
At least thats the way it looks

lol well lets just say that POTC's hitters when they were around were great but they had some trouble rousing themselves according to the trium basing schedule.
