there are about a dozen who have expressed interest in coming over to assist the build and probably stay. I'm honestly never going to build a research base. I'm not starting a training legion and artifacts will help everyone.
I'm also not interested in having anyone who clearly can't read well enough to see where i posted my rank IN THE FIRST POST! if you can't read a short paragraph and understand it, what hope do i have for you respecting alerts and such.

I know its annoying but if you want people to join up - if for nothing more than the planet / production bonus- your going to need to be just a hair more diplomatic. _________________

The reason you spend so much time looking for a new legion - because everyone in the current one gets sick of this type of language.
