Dysos have a level 8 since you don't seem to know, the cost for a level 9 base is insane.

Cost for a level 9 base is hideously expensive, but if anyone could get there first, it will be the Dysonians.
The level 9 base requirements are 160,000,000 energy, 30,000,000 exotic matter, and 1,500,000 complex tech parts. No easy task!
Currently Imperium is trying for the second level 8 slot. I've managed to raise:
275,000 of 30,000,000 energy
12,500,000 of 16,000,000 exotic matter
40,000 of 300,000 complex tech parts
Not a bad for 2 1/2 months, including paying off a 50k ctp debt. Just have to get back into my trader mode.
