As a completely impartial observer (my legion does research and thus isn't part of your criteria... thank heavens), I think you have an overinflated sense of your own importance. Sure, my ship could probably get in on any level 6 I wanted. Same with level 7's. Your ship however is underpowered and wouldn't bring much to a legion that worked hard to get their base up to that level. So basically you're asking for someone to hook you up with them receiving little in return... and being a bit whiny about it. That's not going to engender good will.
