I am an All Out Slow Ranking PvPer. I would like to join this legion because it would really help me get more / better artifacts. I would really appreciate it, i will also try and contribute to the legion as much as possible including Base funds, even though you will manage the base funds, i will still Contribute.

EDIT: I will even Pay in KU just to get in as well. This is how much i want to be a part of the legion.
