Spamming that many arts and not getting a disable is quite frankly, very funny. Im guessing the recipient was online and continuing an attack on someone who is online is generally a bad thing. About 15 is enough to get someone with 20k down to about 1k or so.

What he needs more than anything is some advice and guidance, just like Remainder said. I think you would then see a much better player/ship.

Yes this is a PvP game but theres also a lot of different types of interactions as well, if you only like beating on people whether it be ingame/verbal/etc then so be it. I personally like being able to help players and give them the benefit of my experience.

Again any player, whether they have played for a week, a month or a year can give legion leaders grief. You just have to make a choice and my choice just now is to offer Shane my help.
