nice to see other legions form democracies but it sounds like you vote on every action, instead of trusting elected leadership to make some of the calls, tell me does holding so many votes slow your response to aggression? because in my legion in which i was elected i gave the zero order on an enemy and it was carried out. i had looked at the actions of this one guy and decided he has bothered our members enough, the result was that after that my request the enemy spent nearly all of the next 48 hours disabled.

also how long do you keep your polls open?just the required polling time can slow responses to different problems.

My members generally respond within 24 hours. But we do not vote on aggression. Responding to threats is automatic.

Polls only stay open long enough for a majority to be reached. beyond that is pointless.

The thing that I feel sets us apart is the fact that any member can initiate a legion poll. I do not restrict that privilege, however for an initiative to pass it must do so by a majority of officers and a majority of members. The leader, me, votes as an officer. The only time, and it hasn't happened yet, my vote could mean more is in the case of a tie vote, where I reserve the tie-breaking decision.

Technical Annihilation ROCKS! and Vygmaster is an awesome Leader. You can't ask for a legion that is more about it's members than it's stats. a GREAT Legion for anyone who wants to be active. They do boot inactive players, so if you don't play much.... this may not be the right place for you.
