Looks like you have some great offers here but I'll join the mix. Check out Red Dwarf. Leaderboard legion, lvl 6 Base, artifact production right around 45k arti points per member per day. And several high-ranking Drannik players currently autoranking on NPCs, so there's no shortage there (myself included).

We have lvl 6 base giving 44k+ artifacts and 10k+ Research to all members all the time...

We're professional NPC'ers so there are dozens of NPC's alerted all the time, we're doing 3 bases a day and on the weekends we're doing lvl 5 bases with our battle group.

The legion have numerous CT labs discoveries including the Demon planet maker and the Plasma planet maker (and you can always visit the alliance legions for things we don't have)
