2 days go a member of Alpha Legion attacked me, used arties on me, and hit my halc trap. I told him that if he wanted to be a true player he wouldnt use arties on me for a simple badge run. It does not bother me to get disabled, but if you need to hammer someone with arties to do it, you shouldn't be going after that person in the first place. He then attacked me again today, ran into my Krionus trap, so I used a Tri Matrix and proceeded to take him down after warning him, I also raided him. Keep in mind, this player is 13 ranks higher than myself with weapons 5 levels below my own. He then went crying to the Alphas and alerted me for it, I had warned him that if he continued to attack me I would continue to take him down and farm him for being a nuisance, he told his legion I was farming him and now they are tearing me to pieces for it. Anyone want to explain to me how my 1 retaliation is just cause for lvl 500+ legion members attacking me when I was simply defending myself?

You threatened to farm our member. we told her to alert.

first off he's a girl
secondly you got yourself alerted cause you threatened to farm her if she hit you again.
thirdly she's usually a hacker(and a really good on at that) so you shouldn't make fun of her weapons cause she could hack the sh*t out of you any day.
fourthly she didn't even realize she hit you earlier until you threatened to farm her.

Sadly you still have your facts wrong, the threat to farm came after her second attempt at attacking me, which I had warned her previously not to mess with someone who is stronger than her, and as for hacking, I was a hacker as well, in fact my cloak research is probably still higher than all my other research, so dont bet on that hacking claim, this needs to end, you alert for stupid #&$#, if I had disabled her twice and threatened, then an alert would have been reasonable, however the threat was just a threat, and I did not strike a second time, unlike her, I only needed to hit her the one time to prove who was stronger, if thats not a fair enough warning then someone needs to learn what a warning is. Your guys are lucky, I'd rather work this out than alert them, because my legion is stronger from what I've seen, so call off the alert, if I repair and either Lee or Bane attacks me again, I will alert them, this should have ended with my warning about attacking me, not escalated, and stop listening to whining, because if every officer and or leader in this game had players alert for threats and whining, it would be absolute madness.

Smh, this is why I went to NPCs and stopped PvP, one small promise/threat makes the whole legion jump. Let them duke it out next time. 13 ranks higher alerting a lower ranked? Man no wonder high ranked players claimed PvP dead. Too many crying going on.

ok yes it was unclear when i said that the threat came after my second badge attempt off the battle tab. But all it was was a badge attempt you had no reason to threaten me and you know it. I don't take threats lightly. Would it have been so hard to ask nicely for me to back off?

Uhh... I think everyone's a good hacker smh. All you need is massive cloak. To stop it obviously you will need QFT's and Higher scan to stop the "hack the sh*t out of you anyday."

I know right, she attacks me and fails to defeat me, then tries again and fails, this time because she had no Null Fuses, so I retaliated, and posted a warning, it should have ended right there. I dont PVP, I mean my stats can prove that, I NPC hunt, but when someone is dumb enough to come after me several times without success, then I get pissed.

And Rebel, I did warn you to back off the first time, AFTER YOU HAD TO HIT ME WITH ARTIES, I might add, you chose to ignore my first warning and came back for more, that is your fault, not mine, you chose to tried beating me twice and failed, I succeeded once and you cried help.

Let me put it this way, if your going to have a member alert me, at least let players my own rank attack me, cause Lee is bragging on my comm how strong he is like I care, he is 300 levels higher than me, if his stats were lower I'd say he fails at life. So you can tell them to quit insulting me on my comm, because its a waste of energy.

i didn't choose who attacked you, they responded to an alert i'm sure your members have done the same

As a former SA member, they don't alert over a badge hit nor a threat. They resolve things before making an action, which you alpha failed to do. One threat and it's auto alert? You guys fail to talk things out. Rebel never even tried to resolve the situation, she went for the alert knowing that she provoke Unseen to disable her.

Umm lets see, I dont alert people for stupid stuff, if they disable me more than once in a 24 hour period then I alert them, if I retaliate and fail and they take me down, I do not alert them, if they threaten me and dont carry out the threat, I ask my legion for advice, not alert them, if they carry out the threat without provocation, then I alert and attack back, see, I may have #&$# for honor, and a crappy set of morals, but I know when its the right and wrong time to drag the strongarm of my legion in to help me, I take care of my own fights most of the time unless I'm outgunned and being hammered on repeatedly, which you weren't fyi.

i did ask me legion and they said yes a threat to farm is an alertable offence, let it go you got zeroed move on

NOTE the fact that Rebel threw artifacts that made Unseen disable her, and taking a threat/promise/suggestion to heart is something I've never seen before. I, a PvPer always try to resolve things between the player I'm having a conflict with, not once I've alerted over a threat. Also Note that Rebel failed to disable Unseen twice and now needing her legionmate to farm a player that defended himself from her actions.

Smh, one threat and the legion jumps. And I also love how they take "THREAT" as an alertable action, yet they do it themselves. Nice way to show how your legion operates. "Empire Of Awesomeness" lol unclaim that title right now 'cause your actions are not awesome one bit.

There is what she did, never succeeded, maybe you should have just hacked me, cause Varun claims your such a great hacker, next time, dont pick on someone who's ship is designed to hammer on NPC's all day long, because those lethal weapons can be just as deadly to you as they are to the NPC's.

to clerify one artifacts one disarming bomb, 2nd if u don't like getting hit with artis go complain to Dan to get them taken out of the game. They are there to be used

Yes they are to be used, but see, most players dont use them unless 1. They are responding to an alert or at war 2. Are too weak to win without them (you) or 3. Love screwing with people. I have them, I use them, when necessary, however for PVP'ing, I never use them, only use buffs on my own ship, learn to pick on those of your own caliber. Now quit your damn whining, call your annoying legion off, or I'll alert and there will be fight that we will win. And if I have to alert them, guess who I am gonna start farming? YOU, and thats final, I'll carry my threat out if this doesnt end now.
