Way more complicated than it needs to be!!! In our legion everyone has to be versatile. Officers and Leaders should be able to accept any responsibility at any given time. What happens when people arent there when you need them? Will the base officer turn down a trade because thats not his job? Too much specialization. This looks really tedious...
