Starfleet Federation Cmnd is now recruiting active players of any level or race. Promotion can occur at any rank in our legion, the people that work hard and exhibit leadership abilities are rewarded. We have a level 3 base that is nearing level 4, and we have very active NPC boss/elite sharing for all levels. We are also allied with one of the strongest legions in the game, although I won't say which one. We have 37 members right now, and an average rank of 105, but there are many low level players in our legion as well, the lowest rank being 18.
