 Halloween Town is ready to believe you.
Finklestein Observatory is a naked level 4 base, generously offering 8% cloak bonus and 6400 artifact points -- split evenly! -- every day. We offer nothing, other than scintillating conversation in the comm, accompanied by regular non-sensical announcements. Almost no NPC support currently! Ships lacking the Eureka medal and ONLY ships without the medal are welcome to roll the dice in the CT lab during the first 20 discoveries.
