Subspace Alpha are looking to push into the top 10 and would like to find a legion who would be willing to merge into us, and we'd prefer players to have decent strength and activity.

Just curious, have you guys made a merger yet? I ask because you are at 59 members already (98% active) so just wondering where you would find room to merge even a small legion into yours.

Our sub legion has 11 open spots and has some inactives too so we could send some over to them if we did find a suitable merger.

This may be just me but I find the idea of forcefully demoting members to the sub legion reprehensable. Your basicly shedding your loyal members in the pursuit of strength and they will end up in a legion where they have no benefits from being. Im just throwing my two cents in there because from your message you seem to care more about your position on a board than your legion members getting the maximum benefits.

I believe Zargor meant that some members from a merging legion would go to the sub legion, not that current members would be demoted. I could be wrong though.

If someone is only logging in twice a week what difference does the benefits make?

Why not just try to merge up into GP?
Peticks, how is this different from what the CRA legions did?

Peticks, how is this different from what the CRA legions did? Academy was formed from raiders of the cove and vygoid genome, no royal asylum people moved to academy apart from those who decided to come to help build the legion up and subsequently returned to asylum. no one was ever demoted during the formation of royal academy

If someones only logging in twice a week you wouldnt have them in a top 20 legion, or certainly not enough to make a merger possible.

Look i have my reasons for wanting a merge to get into the top 10. And unfortunately no we can't merge into GP as we have grown as a brother legion of theirs. And we are so close the the top 10.

But in order to merge and make it to the top 10 you would have to ask some of your current members to leave, do they know this?
I learned my lesson.
