Title says it all. We of the Coalition are looking for battle pacts with legions who frequently target bases, and with someone who can be the "Powerhouse" and disable stronger bases. We ourselves don't have much what you call appeared strength (very high ranked players) but we frequently scan bases. The only problem is that we are losing lots of time and red badges to bases we cannot disable at our current strength.
