Correction. I read the forums every single day. The first I saw of anything was on the FB page for TVF.... And all that was said was We are at war and "Give em Hell."

AS for anything else. Nothing was posted ingame anywhere that I saw.

It might be smart if people took out their frustrations on those guilty of something instead of blaming everyone around for the actions of a few players.

I've always stood up for those lower ranked them me. And typically if I go after someone I go after bigger targets then myself (Unless defending on of my own)

As easy as planets are to come by getting PISSY because someone steals one of your planets is truly childish. AS was said by someone outside the conflict get a bigger and better one. I've done that already. And I've taken far more planets then I've lost.

The planet in question was 4x mega rich not that easy to replace no it wasnt my planet.The point of the game is to yes invade and conquer planets but again part of the game more so now with the legions is to fight back for it if that means war with the other legion so be it.It has nothing to do with acting like an adult its playing the game!

Quirk may not be a leader in PA but he was certainly acting like he spoke for PA in this thread.

PA feels insulted and VF feels bullied. Neither side really wins anything. This isn't going to dissuade anyone from taking planets from either legion. 99% of the players don't even know it's happening. The rest don't care.

Frankly, PVP at this stage in the game is pretty pointless in general. Unless you get extraordinarly lucky with critical hacks you can't do any real damage to the other player unless they are offline. Traps are far too effective. You can't tell what is happening to legion mates that arn't online. There aren't any real ways to assist people under attack because you can only alert on timers. Oh, in case you forgot, PVE and missions give better rewards in every manner. After all, you don't actually need those 400 artifact points that are just going to turn into flux probes anyways do you? Neither does the other guy.

The statement was made as a general statement which is why the clarification.

As for the planet. O.k. so it was a 4k Mega Rich. Again it's just a planet. So it might take you a planet or two to make up for it. I would also suggest that again going after the offending party is the better way to get support.

As for Zack's comments hold him accountable for them not the lower ranked members of the alliance that can't even put up a fight. The guy who lost his planet was in effect acting childish as his post here shows. Continuing to act childish doesn't win you any respect. If enough of you are high enough ranked to go after the offending player then do so.

I know who did it and I know that 80% of TVF could do nothing to help him. they are just too low in levels to be effective other then to use Artifacts.

You don't see me crying over the planet I lost and it was taken by someone way over my level. AS I said I've replaced it with an even better one. Part of the fun of this game is being able to replace them with better ones. Yes replacing a 4X mega rich is tough No argument there. But beating up on lower level players to make up for it doesn't make you look any better.

Especially when with enough time spent hacking the offending player I'd bet you in time you would either find the planet again or some other very nice planets to return the favor on.

You don't get to cry about what was done to your member and justify it by doing the same thing other member of his Legion. When you do that it means you are no better then he was.

As I see it there are 3 party's here. Flourish too Quirks planet. Zach said something he shouldn't have. I have no problem with Quirks Legion exacting some revenge on Flourish at the least and on Zach if he did do as you say.

What I can't justify is level 150+ players beating up on anything lower then 120 level players and thinking that will change anything. Most of the TVF members couldn't do anything to help Flourish out if we tried. Myself included when I was there. he's too high ranked for me to help.

And if you are going to play that way then just don't say anything about how unfair it was for Flourish to take Quirks planet. Because you just proved you were no better then Flourish.

This isn't a lecture and it isn't meant to incite a flame war or anything.

It's a game folks. It should be played for enjoyment and if you find yourself getting hot under the collar for ingame affairs then perhaps it's time to move on to something else. All this HUBBUB over a game seems rediculous to me. I didn't get mad over the planet I lost. I replaced it with one far greater. I moved on.

I left TVF for a number of reason this little skirmish was only a part of that. (In the grand scheme not a big part) I'm content to play my game the way I like to. And I'm content to let others do the same. As long as you aren't taking it that seriously and are enjoying it. have fun. If you find yourself getting mad over it all the time then it's time to move on.

Actually looked at the alliance this morning out of curiosity. Lots of bigger fish in there now then there was before. And a bunch of those higher levels are people I don't recognize. So they didn't build themselves up on their own they recruited higher levels. There is also a second Legion now of the lower level players.

Most of the old Vab's I do still consider friends and give them a wide berth. Though if what I knew of the Legion is still true I can see more them then they can see of me.

Zack was a multi-accounter at one time but the DEV's caught him and removed the multi accounts. In his defense though at the time it was allowed and many legions were doing the same thing.

I wonder if they are still having the same issues with KoNR that were around when I was there? My guess is those two legions are now pretty evenly matched.
