Let me get to the point. I will join any legion who works to gether and uses the legion comm to talk with each other and help with questions. I am an officer in my cerrent legion and i expect to be in my next one, i under stand if you dont have room for more offices i will wate till i can fined one. I heal others ships when thay are hert and help when needed.I no the spot of officers are few in number and i wont let any down if you alowe me to fill one of the spots. Let m no if you tink your legion is right for me.

Most 'officers', at least in the military, have an education of sorts, and can typically spell at or higher than the 5th grade level.

Officers Have lots of book smarts in most of the military organizations of the world they still make retarded mistakes based on misleading information presented at the time and all are human and thus fallible.

Then again how hard can it be to tell you have something misspelled when its underlined in red ?

Heh. Everytime if I see a player request (I had faced a few with that demand before) for my legion demanding that they must have officer position or I lose them. I am more than happy to reject their application and "black list" them for good.. Their demand really had zero basis.. I only would accept any members as officer off the bat ONLY if there is two legions to be merged in or they offer AWESOME, convincing ideas to improve the legion then they earn it.. Officer position is not just a simple title attached to their name and do nothing about it. It has to be earned that convinces leaders and officers enough to promote. It's amazing how many players are ignorant of what officer is all about.. I had many requests from members (in DOO of 300 strong) asking me if they could be officer and I kept asking them questions WHY they want to be one? Most of them gave me zero reason why other than simple title attached to them. For that, I rejected their requests to be an officer.. They, afterwards, asked me what officer is for? Lol.

For me as leader, I need officers to delegate some of the authority and responsibilities to certain officers to take some workload off my shoulder. I can't be on full time so officers are great role to cover some time frames during my absence. Officers are who could bring to the table like recruiter, human resource to handle any members' conflict, a potential, VIABLE leader to replace me if I have to leave, etc. I don't really need many officers than I used to be in DOO with 300 members. I sure needed several babysitter type of officers lol cuz I simply can't stand whining, BS, etc. They bore me so I left that to human resource officer who really enjoyed that BS..

It's alot easier to manage the Dysonians all because they are such AWESOME members who are very mature and capable of doing anything on their own without my guidance.. I feel like a college professor in Dysonians compared to me feeling like high school teacher in DOO (gotta babysit many, etc). Cuz of this, I really love Dysonians.. Zero whining or ranting there.. It's unbelievable.. I don't think I ever led a very mature group before in my gaming life before.. So, due to that, I don't really need officers other than simple auto-request rejections of anyone below rank 150 and their role during my absence (I rarely absent, however). All 4 officers I have are all from old DOO administration so I gotta have them for that role due to their good contributions and they are who are potential leaders to take my place if I have to resign or whatever..

If someone is obsessed to stay as officer then why not stay in his previous legion? Or just start up a new legion and invite everyone in and demote from leader to officer (or just stay as leader if you start to like it)? Heh.
