if a player 1/4 your rank takes your planet, sits his larger than you legion mate on it and then vortex deflextors it; should you be able to disable him a few times without worry of him alerting his legion?

others can state there view too i know at lease 12 of you have read this post

I don't know about alpha, but I do know my legion discourages alerts for the scenario you mean. One of our guys takes a stronger persons planet they are to expect retaliation/reinvasion. We don't like to see alerts for people when our guy starts things.

I say go for it. Disable, hack, raid... Its all fair to me. I consider the hacking and raiding as compensation for the production you are losing while the other guy has your planet.

Wait for the deflector to time out, wormhole the big gun and take the planet back. And remember... its a game...

I know many legions out there don't like pvp, Alpha Legion is not one of them. We work together as a team and I fully expect all our legion members to help with planetary attack/defense when ever they are able to do so, regardless of the levels involved. You are of course free to attack/raid/hack the member in question but you need to be aware that if he chooses to alert the legion that you are doing so you can expect to be hunted by all of us without remorse. Probably be easier for you to learn from this one and install better defenses on your planets in the future.
