If you're still looking, then I hear that the Sith Accolytes are really good. They have a lv. 5 rsrch. base. Also try Space Army 1 with a lv. 6 rsrch, and S[ace Army 2 has a lv. 5 rsrch base, but they seem to be almost dead now....

So far Sith Acolytes have it, though FoI should keep me informed for the next 5-6 days, because that arti on the side could tip the scales. However, keep posting, as I have yet to reach a final decision.

The Abyss has a level 5 research base. We just upgraded our research to 75s, so we expect around 20-25 k a day, but this is untested since we were killed by a top ten legion a few days ago. Also about 800 artifact a day.

Try Raiders Of The Cove! Level 5 base producing 20k - 27k RPs (10 vygoids and zolazins to aid on research), closely connected with Pirates Of The Cove with full support from them, so your planets are safe with them from most top legions. Atm researching CT Lab to full with help from Outcast one olde pirate Daily base battles and help from team with elites and bosses. Once you have done your research you have open options to join other Cove's for great artifact bases. Two Cove legions are in top 50 so great places to advance to  _________________

Billik, can you give me an update on the output of FoI's base. As I am making a decision tomorrow, and I would prefer basing my decision on current outputs, this message was directed at Billik because he stated that the output would soon be increasing. Anybody else who has posted here that has a change in the output, please post here as well.

As of today FoI is at 16k res and 9k arti, with about a third of the legion still not loyal
