Well I am of two opinions for 2 separate aspects. First the battle tab is a joke, I am only rank 200 and you mean there aren't any player for me to fight, everyone is lower then me by a lot. It makes no difference if i have 5 scanners or no scanners on theres no one the fight equal to my level. So its not a player cloaking thing. Its a joke. As for legion pvp a lot goes into a decision more then rank. there are players with sub 100 rank and over 200 hacks or kills. Those guys are fair game just as i am. In war i think rank also can be ignored. The rest of the time i guess the sporting thing come in. whats the challenge or the fun. I will say this though, you can find out a lot about a player who does come back at a higher level. So like most of life theres no B&W answer. I think its more a matter of persistence that really makes it a bad thing. Its one thing to hit some one lower then you, its another to hound or do the time walk on them. Since you hit dave a lot and hes only 124 to your 217 you fell into the more negative aspect of high vs low recently.

Regarding the battle tab..... same for me, most of those on it are like 50 or more levels below me and I feel guilty attacking them. Once in a while I do it anyway and usually get trapped. hahah jokes on me.... =)

I too have tried different configurations but not much changes, if anyone really figures it out...... post dammit!

Hey, like you said, not always valid targets. I haven't gotten a chance to swing on anyone in your legion in my level range but that hasn't stopped me from pitching in. Granted they're all like gagmaggot so far, but I'm still doing what I can

I just thought it was funny since there is a rebellion. Why, is there a problem? I'm missing it if there is.

not really i just dont see the nessicity to have two posts of that qoute its kinda beating a dead horse we get it that you hate the rebellion and want them to die in a burning blaze while getting reared by your fleet.
