Hello im giving away a lv 4 base (EM requirement done and a bit of CTP/energy) fully equiped for research (+50 and 2x mega rich) and a strong built (16000 def and 76 000 hull) with 25B in it (I added the money in it so it will ''survive'' for about 75 days. Obviously im giving it to a group of person and not only one, its gift so I have full desicion as to who I will give it.
