I have access to a level 6 base producing RP and wondering if some of the smaller legions would consider joining me in this new legion?

Well since the founding owner is quitting Galaxy Legion and is giving away or selling his planets, I offered to buy the legion from him, Legion in question is Pandemic Legion but I think I will be changing the name
