Wishes is right.
you should look into Rebel Base. We may not be the strongest legion (yet) But we are on the rise. We have good friendly players, several CT lab discoveries. I feel that The Sith Lords maybe your best bet for a new legion personally.
When i first joined the Sith Lords i had a Balanced combat Rep that slipped to Passive about 3 weeks after i joined. After receiving quite a few great tips on improving my ship and some credits to make module changes i've gone from Passive to Insane in the last 4 months. Our lv 5 Base puts out about 27k artifacts per day 5 days a week evenly divided with % on the weekends. Ship-Bots and Rescued Prisoners will greatly help you improve your ships and thereby your Combat Reps. About 7k research per day secondary base production will help some with researching techs. As the others have said, it's a great legion with lots of chat, base battles and elites and bosses posted daily. At least give us a try, if you don't like the legion your welcome to leave and try elsewhere without any drama posted on the forums like i've seen from a few other legions in the past.
