You can boot them if you're a leader/officer.... But if you mean completely abandon the legion and base due to a merger or whatnot, last man out has to contact Dan via in-game support.

Below the game screen, there is a link that says "Report/Contact This App" Click that and its self explanatory from there.

And if you find any more planets like the last one, let me know.... ;)
