Post If I leave my legion
I'm at 126 and only a couple people are in my legion. If I leave, do they still see my planets that they shared for me to take?

Yes they will. Most legions if you leave on good terms they will not try to take them, and if you get in a stronger legion then they probably won't be able to take them anyway.
