-Level 3+ Base, base production is preferably Research, but artifact will suffice.

You should come to Steel Talons. They are the brother legion of Talon company. The two legions interact constantly through base combats, sending each other shared artifacts and minerals as needed. Their base is a level 4 and focused on research. They do alot of PVP, getting into NPC and base combat, but they also accept those who aren't the biggest on PVP. We also have a facebook chat that connects the two legions were we all talk plan and help each other. So just serach for Steel Talons, you won't be sorry.

You are both welcome in Universal Defense Agency

We have a level 4 base, which gives research, evenly divided to all members regardless of how much they have contributed 7 days per week (this means from the moment you join you will get it!). We are currently working hard to get to level 5. The base now has Fermionic Base Plating, as well as other good modules.

Our average rank is 94 - with a few members over rank 200, around half the legion over 100.

We battle elites alot, as many of our players are active at attacking npc's so get alot of them. this last week or 2 we have had a few Dark Rings, a couple of Stalar Command Centres, a good few Lazuili factories, Lazuli Refinery Centres, Sha'din Hackers, a Reynard, Lazuli Titan, and a couple of Drannik Hubs (those are the ones i can remember)

Currently have an active Sha'din AI Matrix boss

We put effort into helping the lower ranking members get in on the elites/bosses so they get rewards. One member took out 53% of a Dark Ring to ensure the lower ranks got the reward and didn't get bumped down off the reward list, then took out 47% of another Dark Ring later that day for the same reason.

We are active on Comm, someone is online almost 24 hours a day.

Officer positions would go to people who show the legion that they are active on comm, help other players, share planets, artifacts and other resources etc, and generally show they are a useful and active member of the legion

We are close to 50 members and once we get there we will be starting a sister legion. Our leader also has active communication with other legions that we work with.

Oh, and we battle other bases whenever someone coughs up 5 red bages :p

The reason we show as 93% active in the legion is that we have a couple of members that are unable to get in the game regularly, but are still valuable members of the legion. As a general rule, we expect all people to stay active if they want to remain in the legion

Whenever i see a request with 2 people whom is similar ranks i am afraid of multi accounting. I am not accusing you of it but i don't tend to recruit people from this sort of situation.

well now its my turn i am the leader of explorers of infinity we ALREADY have a lvl 5 base!!!!! and have many discoveries not to mention we evan share all the resorces....we allso are the sister legion of LORDS OF INFiNITY that is in the top 10 so u can always expect help from our higher ups not to mention we have allies with underworld and Warp Fleet Temporal Rift and ancient untouchables and many more we allso have FB groups to join where all our member gather to talk about the game or just hang out and talk random funny stuff well and thats all i can say if u want to join us and be part of something big PM and ill give u all the info
