Suggestion: Legion Alerts (To promote healthier gameplay)

When you send a galaxy legion alert to attack a ship right now every member of your legion can attack that ship for 12 hours. This only costs 5 energy and allows all of your legion mates (which can number into the hundreds) to attack a single player. Obviously that seems a bit over-kill.
Why Not Create Tiers for 'Assistance' with different energy costs to allow only a certain number of your legion to respond?
Here is the breakdown:
1. Alerts Still go tot EVERY Legion member 2. Alerts Still Last 12 hours 3. You still can only send 1 alert per 12 hours 3. You purchase a certain number of slots for attackers (Attack, Hack, etc.) 4. The first players to begin attacking can do so as normal, but each player fills a slot that the sender of the alert put out 5. After the slots are full no additional legion members can attack, they instead see some indicator that all slots are full. 6. Legion members who fill the slots can continue to attack as long as they would be able to under the existing alert structure. 7. The person who sent the request can see who the responding legion members are. 8. After a legionnaire has not attacked for 6 hours their slot is freed up, and if another legion member checks your existing alert they can attack too. 9. You pick one of the following 6 choices for the alert.
(# Slots and Cost are just suggestions): @ 1 Responders for 5 Energy @ 2 Responders for 10 Energy @ 4 Responders for 20 Energy @ 8 Responders for 50 Energy @ 16 Responders for 120 Energy @ 24 Responders for 200 Energy
**If you wanted to be really fancy you would make a slot be a percentage used based off rank, so that if you purchase 1 responder against a Rank 200 player, 10 Rank 20 players would = 1 slot, likewise if you picked 2 slots against a Rank 50 player a single Rank 100 player woudl use both of them. (However if this system were used the slot purchase system would have to be a text box to enter a number instead of a few choices)
Because players have to commit to spending more of a resource (Energy) and cannot do it repeatedly in a 12 hour period it woudl make players much more cautious about sending alerts on a player.
Also because the total number of players who can respond is lowered it gives the player a fighting chance against them and does not further penalize the player who is being attacked. that player may still attack,, hack, invade, etc.
