ok its called an unstable energy cube its it restore energy like an energy cube but it retores a random amount of energy like anywhere between 10% - 100% not a big idea i knw but could be a nice new artifact it could cost about half the amount of artifact points as an energy cube. so is this a good idea or am i off base?

You can't get Energy Cubes via artifact points. And the idea of a 1/2 cube or something of the like has been suggested many, MANY times.

No, cubes (for at least as long as I have played) have never been available via artifact production, daily lotto and a couple of missions but that's it.

what would be good is that you could spend a % of a cube instead of the whole thing same goes fro the tris

cant spend a "%" of the energy cube, refills your energy full, regardless your max cap

like I said commonwealth it would be good I know very well it doesn't.
