I think I am not alone on this. When you have burn so many energy and times to locked on a boss, but other ppl just leech for the reward, many just hit it once and they will not hit it even the timer is gonna expire soon, then those few ppl who really work hard and deserve to get reward will burn a whole lot more to get what they should have, is really pissed.

I suggest, there should be a reward's bonus like double (even just double exp will do) if finish with in 1/2 of the timer for locked, normal for others and if down to last 5 hours, only locked attacker will get reward, other will only get exp. Hopefully there will be a accumulated Legion achievements ship status.

This used to happen in our legion and we higher/highest level in the legion had to put in 2-3 times the locked in level to get rid of the boss within the time, but one day we stopped doing that and let bosses sit there when we locked in more or less focring the others to put more energy into the bosses, now days everyone locks in almost instantly, or puts in all energy they have, no more 1-hitters and leeching, everyone helps.
I beilve we even had a couple bosses disappear due to nobody else hit more then a few times
Suggestion is try something like that.
