A legion should be able to have unlimited NAPs, that way we can stay friendly with whoever they want, and make sure their members don't accidentally attack each other.

im all for this. seems reasonable more than 10 legions would have an nap together. especially if theyre a peacefull legion and want an nap with everyone.

I wouldn't say "unlimited" but more than 10 would be nice. I don't think the upper echelon legions really need many more than that but rest of us could use the extra spots. I still feel that more diplomatic options are needed though. And the way the diplomacy page has "Type" would seem to indicate that more options will be available in the future. Hopefully they get added soon. One that pops into my head at the moment is a Mutual Defense Pact. When you alert an enemy ship, the alert would go out to any legion you have a MDP with, saying "<Legion Name> sent you an alert on the following enemy ship: <Enemy Jackwad> with message: <Blah Blah Blah>"

the MDP could be fun but would hate to be on the receiving end of 2 or more legions deciding to target me. One legion doing that, depending on the level of their players, is bad enough...

I would have to say that I do not care for the idea of the mutual defense pact allowing alerts to go to all legions with it. That would make these multiple legions much too powerful. If that alert only worked with a formally declared war then I can see it but not just the normal everyday stuff. And even with wars I would think that it needs a limited amount of alerts during a certain time period and to be sent only by the leaders.

Those are great ideas that could be included. And yeah I agree a drive-by badge hit shouldn't be alertable in a MDP. Hell, I don't think they should get alerted within your own legion.

That MDP sounds like a good idea, but only if one legion has declared war on another legion, then only the two legions who started the war can send MDPs. By the way, they should have a 'Declare War' button.
