As always, apologies if this has been suggested before. I tried to search and its just so hard to find topics sometimes.

I was wondering why the Raiding and Spy jobs, dont reduce the cooldown on raiding and hacking? Surely, devotion to these trades, (in lieu of more hull, or more scanning) should have the benefit of being able to better recover. Even just a few minutes. a 10 or 12 minute cooldown just makes you feel like, yeah, im a raider, and Im gonna get ya faster. It also effectively gives you an added shot on a positron cloud and flare combo for hackers.
