I'd suggest a Planetary Invasion Bonus Module for Green. I like the locus though. It's always great to be able to say "Im in ur base, assimilatin' ur doodz."

i wouldnt even mind more modules for everything. i have almost everything you can get modulewise for the badges, and we still have nothing for raiding or planetary invasions...

The blue template is a good guide here; I think for all of them : 1 module, related to the task if possible, red/blue have that 1 single use artifact, blue has this 1 building, all of them have this right now
Red: artifact, attack buff against players only (like npcattack effect, pvpattack), maybe 10% or scaled to the cost of the item, maybe up to 25% for a short time. Artifact that that adds passive attack on a planet, similar to lazuli factory drops, high limit / no limit, cost scaled to what it adds, like 100 attack per use. Building: something that increases attack by a lot, like 1000-2000 attack space 1, limit 1 per planet, mid cost at least.
Yellow: artifact that boosts raiding ability temporarily (similar to Shadin Algorithm). Module that increases raid effectiveness, small passive % bonus (5-10% total using 1-4 modules, price balanced). Artifact that affects you or the enemy for a period of time that allows a raid without disabling the ship first ("Pirate Shuttles" or something) -- I'd really like to just raid directly using some of my raid badges.
Green: module that increases invasion attack primarily or entirely, something moderate, 4 modules at 50-100 invasion attack. Artifact that increases invasion attack temporarily. Artifact that accelerates planetary development to full, for a balanced price.
