I think it would be nice to have the players that your legion alerts in an area in the battle tab. Every time I need to find a player that my legion alerts I have to scroll through the news with all the planet alerts and NPC alerts to find them. Usually when talking with other legion members you have to tell them how long ago the alert was so they can find it on their news to coordinate attack/hacks if the alert is an old alert. Also even when you attack a player once you have to repeat the process of finding them on the list for a second attack (this happens often if you hit traps and have to wait). If there was a list of these members it would be very easy to track players.

Alerted planets.
Alerted enemies.
Actions against your own ship.
Comm messages.

Hmm message filter. That could be useful. Also, when people hit you and cause an alert, get something like we have for boss npc list, but for legion alerted players or those that hit you directly that you have an alert on. Mainly a visual review of who is doing what, but a filter of newsfeed works just as well.
