i've used one of these on a person in PvP and noticed that after 2 minutes, all his weapons and defences were back online. this makes for a lousy artifact if they can just re-equip said items immediately after firing it. i think there should be a cool down period of 1 hour before you can re-equip any devices on the ship and that no more than one of these can be active on the ship at the same time. otherwise this artifact is a waste in terms of practicality. |

Just means you picked a bad time to use it. Your target was online at the time (or shortly after). Anyway, 10 minutes should be plenty of time to get a disable/raid. If it isn't you need to consider your target better or save your energy for a more advantageous time. |

Personally, I love that device. It forces you to hack first. Then it disables up to 5 systems? TWO POINTS! I used iton an enemy ship and got a 3 hit disable. Walked away with 100+ research points, a red, yellow and blue badge and about 75 artifact points. All of that on a ship that outranked and out classed me. |

Giving me a nice and easy one-hit disable. Bliss. |
