I would like to suggest that legion members be allowed to use artifacts on fellow legion planets. I know it may be too much to ask for all legion members to freely use artifacts on sister planets, but perhaps making it an officers feature may be a suitable compromise. I'm sure there will be a timer for how often this can be done. I would recommend the standard 24 hour period, but seeing as this may be a more advanced action I don't think 48 hours would be unreasonable. I hope you like my suggestion.

I love this idea, only I think we should be able to share artifacts for planets or maybe build one like with normal structures
