Settings I would like to see for configurable 'Best Resources' column

Best Resource (as current)
Mineral efficiency (for placing phase cutters and rare mining artifacts)
Research efficiency (for placing spy uplinks and rare research artifacts)
Artifact efficiency (for placing space elevators and rare artifact artifacts)
Attack production (innate plus structures only, not modified by legion bonus; maybe with tooltip itemizing innate and building production)
Defense production (innate plus structures only, not modified by legion bonus; maybe with tooltip itemizing innate and building production)
Cloak production (innate plus structures only, not modified by legion bonus; maybe with tooltip itemizing innate and building production)
Mineral production
Research production
Artifact production
Production building summary (probably not sortable)
Artifact building summary (probably not sortable)
Military building summary (probably not sortable)

Settings I would like to see for configurable 'Control' column:

Control (add occupier's name if occupied by an enemy with tooltip for rank and legion)
Development (new, emerging, developing etc...)
When last attacked (Recentness category with time in tooltip)
Attack (innate plus structures plus guards, modified by legion bonus; maybe with tooltip breaking this down)
Defense (innate plus structures plus guards, modified by legion bonus; maybe with tooltip breaking this down)
Cloak (innate plus structures plus guards, modified by legion bonus; maybe with tooltip breaking this down)
Date colonized or conquered (maybe with tooltip saying whether it was colonized or conquered and who the previous owner was)
Date added to database (maybe with tooltip saying whether it was added via scan, hack, or artifact)

Also add:

In type column, a tooltip for rarity (Uncommon, rare etc)
Multi-sort that sticks when you leave the planet table and come back! Sort by Research efficiency, then size DESC, then type DESC.

put in mining into search by name then click on best resource

Only partially what I'm looking for in 'Mining Efficiency' (more want it for placing Shadin grid networks, interrogation center etc.. - mylari extractors need exclusively mining planets). Searching for 'Mining' only shows planets where Mining is the best resource. It does not show planets where mining efficiency isn't the best but still very high.

Every one would have a different idea of what should show. Better would be to make the information downloadable in a format that Excel and/or Open Office can understand. Then you could massage the data any way you wanted to. Perhaps you could even find that planet owned by one of your enemies. Having the game massage the data for you is just too cumbersome for the developers in my opinion.

Yeah I think being able to download a comprehensive dataset would be cool too. Would need at least 3 worksheets though - Planet, PlanetStructure, Structure (lookup table - load this up too).
