mr spock should make a topic to talk for before evry event. because its evrytimes 1 year before and its not the right event.... it does not matter to me but in true fact i think it does really

He used to make them before the event but lock them. He probably does that to prevent idle speculation of what is to come in the event, posts asking when event is to start, aka more posts than necessary, reserving it only for relevant info pertaining to that event.

It's not their job, they aren't paid for it.
