Group of know it alls who get a special looking ship and title and granted additional "diplomatic" powers with other ships /legions. Open ended for all kind of possbilities here. Missions for saving the council..defeating them in battle causes catalcysmic events...you name it. Council embargos on base trading. Council tarriff rates on ctp/em exchange...assassinations to take council seats.... Cloak and dagger --space wise. |
