 A new NPC drop artifact down the line

There are currently artifacts to upgrade research and artifact production to maximum level on any planet. The mining upgrade artifact however is a toxic/irradiated exclusive. Would be nice if there was a mining upgrade equivalent that dropped from a seasonal NPC (not sure which seasonal it would fall under)

a) which artifact one are you refering too? and b) isn't their a scruuge drop that does mining?

He's referring to planet data optimizers for research and enumeration crystals for artifacts.

And gifts from the scruuge only go up to 5x, not 15x.

why make an entire planet class useless ? as it is now, toxics are useful because the purifiers are exclusive to those planets. otherwise, they would join gas and volcanics and tiny unoccupied planets on the auto.purge list.

any new mining uplift arti would also hose the mylarai race.

It would put mining where reserch is (which is for the most part useless ) perticuarly if it was just a mear rare npc drop. Granted the em factor would put it a touch ahead, but we need ways to make all 3 productions relevent not make them less relevent.

umm mining irrelevent? whtere are the 100+B CR per invade people?

have my invade cost and say it useless love to see you say that with 500bil invasion cost and there is others with 1 trillion per

Lol im up to 250b per invasion

If a mining increase drop happens, make it able to cap at x20 on toxics and irrads
