Where are the planets of the unplayable races/factions?

The Crimson Blades, Dark Smugglers Guild, The Glaviz, The Hallows Bane, The Lepus Drones, The Octafari, The Prejor, The Q-Pedds, Rogue Science League, The Scruuge, The Sha'din Coalition, The Stryll Order, The Terran Outsiders, The Voliir,

Even if they left the galaxy (Prejor) their planets didnt.
This would open up a lot of possibilities for new planets and artifacts and ways to fight enemies and other factions (criminals).

Last year, Chuhn mentioned about Prejor. I was kinda expecting continuation to this this year, but no follow-up mission/story. It is possible it will open up next year

Npc planets should nonextractable special structures and/or events

Crimson outpost : 5 space +1000 attack + 10% attack +1000 pop... Has attack buff ability gp rechargeable for another 10% attack that lasts a month

Dark smugglers den : 5 space +500 cloak + 10% cloak. Has gp rechardeable ability buff for another +10% cloak that lasts a month

Q-pedd love festival : the planet has become the center of a population boom due to increased sexuality of its denizens. Planet permanently gains 5 pop every day
