thnk almost everyone is with ya there...should be the exception to arti use on warp inhib planets

you can always hope he stays inactive long enougth to get deleted, then the planet becomes Unoccupied.....

Invade it and abandon it if you care that much, 5GP can easily be earned from doing a survey.

thats not very nice! just because the planet was created small, or sparse with its resources dont mean you gotta be mean to it
