So my suggestion would be the "M.O.T.H.E.R. Ship" available for the entire week leading up to mothers day.

(As an idea:Could be leveled every day automatically by how many ground based mothers you have in your empire. If you have 3 mother's you get 3 levels a day. have 10, you get 10 levels a day. ect.)

at rank 30 a 10% reduction of colonization cost

at rank 60 a 10% boost of production for 1 week of newly colonized planets

at rank 100, a 10% boost of planet populations empire wide. fixed before biologist bonus or planet art boosts

The stats should be comparable with other allies at max rank.
