I did an experiment and found that you can persist a person's link even after they are off your list by leaving the page open (for days possibly, there seems to be no expiry enforced). I don't do PvP or respond to it if it's a one-off hack or attack, but I've been told that you can take actions and attack regardless of the time, as long as they are still a rank eligible target (not changed too high/low). I see a big problem here, because you can open windows when you randomly find people until you have say a bunch of a certain legion opened, or everyone defending a key planet (which circumvents having to defeat planet pop before attacking guards). Alerts will expire, but the PvP list links doesn't; it *should* expire after a reasonable time, approximately the time it takes to refill the list, which may be 1-4 hours. Even 8 or 12 hours, would still make it extremely difficult to attack a specific player at will; after all, that list is for "random" people to find targets to hack/attack or whatever, not to snipe people. What do you think ?

Yeah, the random battle tab isn't meant to be used like that, so it should be fixed.
